We recently visited Garden Parke subdivision-Lot 21, just outside of Marietta, GA and less than a mile north of The Retreat. Homes start in the $600's and go upwards of $1,000,000+. The home we looked at, The Keystone, was priced at $767,900 and built by LIG Homes. Located at the intersection of Barrett Parkway and Burnt Hickory Rd., the home we visited at Garden Parke was loaded with extras.

Rondel glass is another form of stained glass that is an attractive alternative to windows throughout the home that are visual focal points. If you've never considered rondell glass before, I urge you to consider this type of window for your new home. This English cottage-style home offers several examples of rondel glass windows that offer unusual views of the surrounding outdoors.

This article deals with a somewhat unique fireplace and chimney system that has been installed in this English cottage-style home located at Kennesaw Mountain. The modular-style system must be professionally installed by experienced installers. The results are a truly unique, safe, reliable and efficient fireplace that should last the life of your home.

Foyers are what set the tone, in the eyes of your guests, about what the rest of the home may look like when they enter your home. It is a first impression and hopefully a lasting one, as well. The kitchen in this home consists of all stainless steel JennAir appliances. The overall design is great as it includes a walk-in pantry, an island and a kitchen desk. It is also open to a keeping room with a fireplace and it looks onto the backyard. If you aren't much of a cook, this kitchen may entice you to spend a little more time honing your culinary skills.
