Islamorada Dream Home...(With Any Luck) Here I Come!

The home is one of eight homes to be built on the property with 275 ft. of private beach and boat slips at their disposal on Florida Bay. It's a magnificently designed home and property that takes full advantage of the location and climate with its' lofty three-stories to take in the million-dollar views from most rooms in the house. It's a shame that the home will not remain as the sole mailbox for the property but I'd take it in a heartbeat!

There are too many desirable features to mention all of them but there were a few features that really nailed it for me. The first one is the third floor, also know as the master suite/retreat complete with breakfast nook, spa shower, custom walk-in closet and private balcony...and THE VIEW. There's also a great gourmet kitchen with the high-end appliances you'd expect. What you might not expect is a very handy pot filler above the Wolf 36" dual-fuel range and a well-placed SubZero fridge/freezer located in the pantry. Oh yeah...and a HUGE stainless steel sink and dishwasher to tidy up when your guests have left for the evening.
