A Master Bath Floor Plan Worthy Of ...Monty Hall???

| Comments (4)

We came across a really cool master bathroom floor plan the other day. It consisted of 3 rooms in one: his & her pedestal sinks with individual mirrors and bead board cabinetry in one room plus a vanity for the lady of the house; a glass door enclosed tiled shower w/seat AND a garden tub in another room; and a water closet at the rear (no pun intended) of the bathroom.

I could just go through the motions by describing it to you and showing you some images of it, but let's have some fun with it...think outside of the box for a change. After all...this is The Fun Times Guide To Homebuilding
Let's play one of my all-time favorite 70's TV game shows, a homebuilding version of Let's Make A Deal! C'mon...it'll be fun. Pick the right door and you can view a great looking master bath. Pick one of the other two doors and you could be looking at the booby prize (a linen closet with wire shelving) or the mediocre prize (a built-in hall tree & mud room).

We were out and about the other day looking at homes in the Double Branches section of the master-planned community of Seven Hills in Paulding County Georgia. There are a lot of great floor plans with attractive interiors and exteriors with tons of desirable upgrades in many of the homes in that particular section of the neighborhood.

We came across one particular home that had a master bath floor plan that was different from any other master bath we had seen to date. There was also some rather mundane looking wire shelving being used in a linen closet and then there was also a nice looking mud room / built-in hall tree at the entry to the interior of the home from the garage.

If you have your hokiest-of-hokey costumes on, if you've got all of your obscure paraphernalia in your purse or bag and you're ready to play (mouse in hand with finger ready to left click) then get ready!

You have to click on the door of your choice to see what you've won*.

DOOR #3

Door #2, of course, is the greatest prize here. A master bathroom floor plan worthy of Monty Hall.

Below are a few photos of the master bathroom for your viewing pleasure now that you've endured my version of 'Let's Make A Homebuilding Deal'.

Yes...you have to click on the image of the cast member of the original Let's Make A Deal TV gameshow in order to see more images of this thoughtfully designed master bathroom floor plan.
